| | | February is Fitness Fever! |  |  | | FIVE A DAY! | Throughout the month of February all Galiter students will have a daily goal of eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day and thirty minutes of exercise. We will keep a daily journal during the students PE time. We will also brainstrorm outdoor activities to keep us fit, even in the winter! I will be making daily trips to the cafeteria to remind students that February is fitness fever and to eat all their  | | keeping track of our daily fruits and vegetables in our journals | fruits and vegetables! This is a activitiy that the whole family can join so lets help out our galtier students while they are at home, get 5 fruits and veggies and 30 minutes of activity. When our  | | plotting and planning our goals for the week | students are finished with their fitness fever journal, they will continue their new eating habits throughout the rest of the year!
