I have been teaching at Galtier for twelve years. This is my eigth year teaching kindergarten. I was the primary Science and Math Specialist and the opportunity to teach kindergarten became available and I jumped at the chance!
I am originally from Staten Island, New York and moved to Minnesota at the age of 14. I attended St. Paul Wilson and graduated from St. Paul Central in 1984. I got some life experiences in the work force and "played for a few years." I next attended  | | Mrs. Lehman teaching |
the University of St. Thomas and graduated with a BA in Science & Mathematics for Elementary Education in 1996.
I now live in Centerville, Minnesota with my husband Forrest and three boys. My oldest child is in fourth grade. Being a mother has given me the biggest insights into being a better teacher. I strive everyday and every year to get better as a teacher. I feel it is an honor to teach your children and will treat them as I would want my own children treated.
