|  | | | | Reading | | Guided Reading and Red Hot Reading are two of the programs incorporated in Galtier classrooms for the success of reading for our students. Both are small reading groups with 4-5 students in each group. The Guided Reading works with the students instructional level in reading. The Red Hot Reading works at the students independent level of reading. A wide selection of literature is provided in the second grade classrooms with classroom libraries.
