Please inform us of any medical or health issues/conditions that your child may have. Do not assume that we are aware of any past medical conditions. If your child has asthma, diabetes or allergies, we need to know the severity of it and the paperwork needs to be completed in the health office.
The health office does not supply medication including Tylenol or cough syrup. We must have doctor's orders and written parent permission to dispense any medication at school.
Ms. Ayala, Health Office Liason, can be reached Monday through Friday during school hours.
Mrs. Cicchese, Licensed School Nurse, can be reached Monday afternoons and all day Wednesday and Thursday.
