Throughout the month of February all Galiter students will have a daily goal of eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day and thirty minutes of exercise. We will keep a daily journal during the students PE

time. We will also brainstrorm outdoor activities to keep us fit, even in the winter! I will be making daily trips to the cafeteria to remind students that February is fitness fever and to eat all their
